  • Legal Implications of the Administration’s Recent Moves (Members Only)

The executive actions taken during the first year of the second Trump administration have garnered a great deal of attention and raised numerous questions for Community Action Agencies (CAAs). Through a series of executive orders (EOs), policies, and memos, the administration has issued broad directives potentially impacting grantees around the use, review, and availability of federal funding. What is more, legal action has been taken to challenge many of these actions and ongoing litigation is generating much uncertainty about what's to come.

To help CAAs understand these actions and the related legal issues, CAPLAW is hosting Part 4 of CAPLAW's webinar series on the Trump administration's moves in its first year. This webinar will provide attendees with status updates on executive actions, federal agency policies, and key related litigation.
