Legal Implications of the New Administration’s Moves

2025

The executive actions taken during the first several months of the new Trump administration have garnered a great deal of attention and raised numerous questions for Community Action Agencies (CAAs). Through a series of executive orders (EOs) and memos, the administration has issued broad directives potentially impacting grantees around the use, review, and availability of federal funding. What is more, legal action has been taken to challenge many of these actions and ongoing litigation is generating much uncertainty about what’s to come.

To help CAAs understand these actions and the related legal issues, CAPLAW is hosting an on-going, members-only webinar series providing attendees with status updates on executive actions, federal agency policies, and key related litigation. Log in to view the recordings, transcripts, and slides of the first 3 webinars and register for the upcoming webinar on January 22, 2026.
