Web Content Regulation Deadlines Fast Approaching

Community Action Agencies face upcoming deadlines for complying with federal regulations that improve public access to web content, mobile apps, and kiosks. CAAs with 15 or more employees must comply with the Department of Health and Human Services rules by May 11, 2026. Public CAAs must also comply with similar, separate regulations issued by the Department of Justice with deadlines starting April 24, 2026.
