    On May 29, 2026, the Office of Management and Budget, along with a number of federal agencies including the Department of Health and Human Services, published proposed revisions to the Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards (Uniform Guidance). If implemented, the revisions could result in a number of impactful changes for the Community Action Network.
