In 2025, the already complicated landscape of student loan repayment in the United States was impacted by litigation, legislation, and executive action. This article, which is a companion piece to CAPLAW’s CAA Primer on Student Loan Repayment, focuses on modifications to student loan servicing, income-driven repayment (IDR) plans, and Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF).
